Kimberly “Kim” Wan is the owner of The Milk River, a restaurant that serves up contemporary American cuisine. She is also a chef with a passion for hospitality. Kim’s culinary journey began at an early age, when she started cooking with her grandmother. She later attended The Culinary Institute of America, where she studied under some of the country’s most renowned chefs. After working in some of the top kitchens in New York City, Kim decided to open her own restaurant and share her unique vision with the world.
